Director Transfer of Shares

The Company announces that on 28 March 2013, Maxim Barskiy the Company's CEO, transferred his total interest of 575,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Winpro Ventures Corp ("Winpro"), a British Virgin Island incorporated company. Winpro is 100 per cent beneficially owned by Mr Barskiy, and accordingly there is no change to Mr Barskiy's beneficial interest in Matra. The reason for the transfer was for personal tax planning purposes.
