Director Transfer of Shares

APC Technology Group PLC (AIM: APC), the provider of design, specification and distribution services for specialist electronic components, products and systems, has been informed by Phil Lancaster, a director of the Company, that 617,000 shares in the Company, previously held in his name, have been transferred to Lawshare Nominees.

There is no change in his overall beneficial shareholding which remains at 1,008,600 shares, representing 0.75% of the issued share capital of the Company.
