Director transfer of shares
The Company notifies that, on 3 June 2022, Ron Baron, Executive Director, transferred his holding of 25,456,903 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company, at a value of $0.93 per share, to Livermore Management Limited, a company wholly-owned by him. As a result of the transfer, Mr Baron's beneficial ownership in the Company remains unchanged.
