NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 5 AND DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES
On 5 June 2015, Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification that PDI Investment Holdings had acquired 1,725,806 ordinary shares in the Company from Pinelake International Limited.
The transaction completed on 2 June 2015 at a price of 57.5p.
Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in PDI Investment Holdings and Pinelake International Limited. Following this transaction the beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company of 201,573,237 shares remains unchanged.
Of the above entities the following are those that hold over 3% of the Company's issued share capital following the transactions:
