Director Shareholding

Further to the announcement on 5 November 2010, the Company confirms that Francisco Soler, Non-Executive Chairman, holds 7,257,277 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 21.9 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company. Mr Soler has subscribed for 164,200 new Ordinary Shares as part of the placing announced on 5 November. Following admission to trading on AIM of the new Ordinary Shares issued in the proposed placing which is expected to be on 23 November, Mr Soler will hold 7,421,477 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 18.6 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital.

The announcement of 5 November incorrectly stated his existing holding to be 7,197,277 Ordinary Shares.
