Caspian Holdings Plc (the 'Company', AIM:CSH) announces that Dr Byron Pirola, a director of the Company, notified the Company on 30 June 2010 that on that day 39,391,477 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from Beronia Investments Pty Ltd ATF Duke Trust, an investment vehicle of Dr Pirola, to Dr Byron Pirola directly, at a price of 0.35p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Dr Byron Pirola's direct interests in the Company remain unchanged at 41,305,904 Ordinary Shares representing 9.26 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
