Director Shareholding
Nasstar, the cloud service provider, announces that Lord Daresbury, Chairman of Nasstar, transferred 1,100,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Savernake Holdings (D) to Corporation of Lloyds, Nameco (no 76) (the "Transfer"), as follows:

As Lord Daresbury is a beneficiary of both of the trusts, following the Transfer, his beneficial interest in the Company has not changed and remains at 5,701,062 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 10.60 per cent. of Nasstar's issued share capital.
