John Webber acquired 10,000 shares at 43.5 pence each. His consequent holdingof ordinary shares in the Company is 1,895,668, being 6.6% of the issued sharecapital. Sean Kelly acquired 10,000 shares at 43.5 pence each. His consequent holding ofordinary shares in the Company is 188,000 being 0.7% of the issued sharecapital.
