Purchase of Shares by Director
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Steppe Cement Limited ("the Company") advises that the Company's CEO Mr Javier Del Ser Perez purchased 375,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("shares") at an average price of £1.00 each. Subsequent to the sale, Javier Del Ser Perez holds 7,485,800 shares (6.6%).
