IS Solutions PLC24 May 2005 IS Solutions plc Grant of share options The Board has today granted options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the capitalof the company to each of the five executive directors. The options have beengranted under the terms of the IS Solutions plc Executive Share Option 'B'Scheme ('the Scheme') at an exercise price of 12p per Ordinary Share, being theclosing price of the Ordinary Shares on 23 May 2005. The options are exercisablebetween 3 and 10 years from the grant date and are subject to the performancerules set out in the Scheme.
