Vinaland Limited was notified on 13 December 2017 that on 12 December 2017 Mr. Michel Casselman, the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, and his spouse, sold a total of 778,358 ordinary shares at USD0.90. As a result, Mr. Casselman no longer holds any Ordinary Shares or voting rights in the Company.
