CSS Stellar PLC17 January 2005 CSS Stellar plc CSS Stellar plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification todaythat Julian Jakobi, Director, and his wife, Fiona Jakobi, as part of therearrangement of their personal pensions and shareholdings, each sold, on Friday14 January 2005, 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company at a price of46.5 pence per share. On the same date their own personal SIPP's purchased thesame number of shares at the same price. Following the transaction, Mr Jakobi remains interested in 4,268,746 OrdinaryShares in the Company representing 14.8% of the issued share capital.
