The Company was notified on 2nd October 2009 that Mr Masoud Alikhani, a Director of the Company, purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Alikhani has a beneficial interest in 5,378,994 Ordinary Shares representing 2.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
