MITIE Group PLC02 June 2005 MITIE GROUP PLC (the 'Company') Directors' shareholdings The Company has today received notification of the following transactions: (1) On 2 June 2005 William Robson, an executive director of the Company, sold314,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, at a price of 160p pershare, representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company; and (2) On 2 June 2005 Neville Roger Goodman, an executive director of theCompany, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, at a price of160p per share, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company;and (3) On 2 June 2005 Sir John Southwood Jennings, a non-executive director ofthe Company, sold 74,567 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, at a priceof 160p per share, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of theCompany.
