Next Fifteen Communications Grp PLC21 June 2005 Next Fifteen Communications Group plc 21 June 2005 Director shareholding Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") hasreceived notification that Will Whitehorn, the Chairman of the Company, hasbought 380,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each at a price of 52 pence pershare. Following this purchase, he is interested in a total of 631,126 sharesrepresenting 1.4% of the issued share capital of the Company. Part of thispurchase includes the 250,000 ordinary shares referred to below. Next Fifteen has also received notification that Tom Lewis, a non-executivedirector of the Company, has sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each at aprice of 52 pence per share. Following this sale, he is interested in a total of6,316,672 shares representing 14.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
