Ted Baker PLC21 January 2005 21 January 2005 Ted Baker plc (the "Company") Directors' Dealings in Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") The Company was notified today that RS Kelvin sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares at505 pence per share to satisfy institutional demand. With the exception ofshares awarded by the Employee Benefit Trust and a disposal in April 2004, RSKelvin has sold no shares in Ted Baker plc since flotation and does not intendto sell any shares in the foreseeable future. The resultant holding for RS Kelvin is 17,337,276 shares representing 40.35% ofthe Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
