Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

In accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a) and (b) the Company announces that its Chairman, Martyn Ratcliffe, has today acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.12% of the issued class, at 40 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Ratcliffe's total beneficial shareholding is 5,294,524 shares, representing 6.10% of the issued class.
