CORRECTION: Director Shareholding
The following amendment has been made to the 'Director Shareholding' announcement released on 7 August 2020 at 7:00 a.m. under RNS No 4331V.
In section 4 b) of the PDMR form this should read 'Purchase of Shares' not 'Sale of Shares' as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged

On 6 August 2020, Marc Boyan (via Miroma r4e Holdings Ltd), Chief Executive Officer, Director, and a PDMR, purchased 70,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 0.2155p per Ordinary share. Following the purchase Mr Boyan holds 205,000,002 Ordinary shares representing approximately 16.06% of the total voting rights.
