Plutus PowerGen PLC (AIM: PPG), the AIM listed power company focused on the development and operation of flexible energy generation ('FlexGen') projects in the UK, announces that it has today been notified that James Longley, Finance Director of the Company, has today transferred 1,076,756 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") into his personal Individual Savings Account.
Following the transfer, James Longley's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 67,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.49 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
