Yoomedia PLC05 April 2005 5 April 2005 YooMedia PLC ("YooMedia" or the "Company") Director Shareholding YooMedia plc ("the Company") has today been notified that on 5 April 2005Michael Sinclair transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to the Sinclair Charitable Trust (a registeredcharity of which he is a trustee). Following the transfer, Mr Sinclair has abeneficial interest in 24,450,660 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.35 per cent ofthe current issued share capital.
