The Company was notified on 30 March 2012 that on that date N P Henry a director of the Company sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at price of 597p per share. The Company was further notified on 3 April 2012 that on that date N P Henry's wife, Mrs C Henry sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at price of 597p per share.

Following this transaction N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 66,831 Ordinary Shares representing 0.13 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
