Future PLC3 March 2005 FUTURE PLC NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES Future plc (LSE : FUTR) announces that, on 3 March 2005, the Company receivednotification that Patrick Taylor (non-executive Director) had, on 3 March 2005,exercised 50,000 options granted to him on 19 November 2001 at an exercise priceof 47 pence per share. Consequently Patrick Taylor has acquired 50,000 shares in the Company, and asdisclosed in the Company's Annual Report 2004, Patrick Taylor has undertaken tothe Company to hold these shares for a minimum period of one year from the datehe eventually leaves the Board. He has no outstanding share options in theCompany. Patrick Taylor's total interest in shares in the Company now amounts to 150,000shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
