7 August 2012 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 6 August 2012, Mr David Tyler, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 970.5929p per share.

The notification to the Company, on 6 August 2012, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
