The Company was informed on 26 November 2013 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, have on 26 November 2013 purchased 71,546 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.2 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 9,821,075 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.82% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
