MITIE Group PLC10 February 2005 MITIE Group PLC - Directors' Interests in Shares On 10 February 2005, the trustees of The MITIE Group PLC (the "Company")Employee Trust (the "Trust") acquired by subscription, at a price of 168p pershare, a total of 59,700 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company. All ofthese shares have been used to satisfy options exercised under the Company's1991 or 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme and will shortly be transferred tothe individuals who exercised their options.
