Plutus PowerGen PLC (AIM: PPG), the AIM listed power company focused on the development and operation of flexible energy generation ('FlexGen') projects in the UK, announces that it has today been notified that James Longley, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today transferred 10,649,666 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.30 pence per Ordinary Share into a SIPP account (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, James Longley's total beneficial interest remains unchanged at 67,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.18 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
