Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 26 January 2011 of the following transaction by James Pratt, a director the Company.

On 14 January 2011, the beneficial ownership of 2,940,000 ordinary shares held by Fitel Nominees for the benefit of Catriona Pratt were transferred to James Pratt pursuant to a court order as part of a divorce settlement.

Following the transfer, there is no change to the previously disclosed aggregate interest of James Pratt who remains interested in 5,940,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.23% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3,000,000 ordinary shares are held in his own name and 2,940,000 ordinary shares are held by Fitel Nominees for his benefit.

In addition, James Pratt holds 5,000,000 share options exercisable at 2.5p on or before 28 November 2011 and 5,000,000 share options exercisable at 5p on or before 28 November 2011.
