Notification of Directors dealings
Ivan Koulokov, Non-Executive Director of the Company has notified the Company that he has sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company on 23 July 2008 at a price of 167 pence per share. Following this sale Ivan Koulokov holds 18,872,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 5.80% of the total issued share capital of the Company and options for 750,000 ordinary shares.
Persons connected with Millhouse LLC, have acquired 1,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share in the capital of the Company on 23 July, 2008 at a price of 167 pence per share and those persons connected with Millhouse LLC now have an interest in 1,830,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share in the capital of the Company representing 0.56% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital and total number of voting rights of the Company at 23 July 2008 is 325,197,098 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share. The figure of 325,197,098 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
