VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 9 June 2010 a Director of the company, Don Lam, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each at an average price of $0.87 per ordinary share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Lam has a direct interest of 2,457,250 ordinary shares in the Company and indirectly interested in 412,583 Ordinary Shares (his direct and indirect interests together representing 0.574 percent of the Company's total voting rights).
