Sinclair Pharma PLC04 April 2005 Sinclair Pharma plc (the "Company") The Company was informed today that Andrew Sinclair, a non-executive director ofthe Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 122 pence per share and his wife, Edith Sinclair, acquired20,000 Ordinary Shares at 120 pence per share on 1 April 2005.
