Atlantic Coal, the AIM quoted anthracite coal mining company operating in Pennsylvania, USA, has been informed that Adam Wilson, Chairman of the Company, has on 30 July 2014 transferred 117,303,070 Ordinary Shares that were held in the name of JIM Nominees Limited, into his own name, for nil consideration. Following this transfer, Mr Wilson's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 138,807,070 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 2.98% of the Company's total issued share capital
