Director shareholding
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 3.1), the Company announces that on 10 March 2015 it was notified that Ian Mattioli, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his wife have acquired an additional beneficial interest in 22,745 ordinary shares in the Company through the reinvestment of dividends at a price of 104 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Ian Mattioli and his wife hold a total beneficial interest in the Company of 2,335,305 ordinary shares.
