("IGas" or the "Company")
Director Shareholding
The Company was advised that Andrew Austin, Chief Executive Officer has today disposed of on market 770,000 ordinary shares of IGas at 65 pence per share in order to satisfy a divorce settlement.
Following the disposal, Andrew Austin now has a total beneficial interest in 10,659,253 ordinary shares of IGas representing 6.65 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
This information is given in compliance with AIM Rule 17.
