Hammerson PLC23 May 2005 Notification of Directors Interests Mr S R Melliss, Director of Hammerson plc, exercised options on 23 May 2005 over50,418 ordinary 25p shares at 379p per share. Mr S R Melliss then sold the resultant 50,418 shares at 887p per share on 23 May2005.
