MITIE Group PLC24 March 2005 MITIE Group PLC - Directors' Interests in Shares On 24 March 2005, the trustees of The MITIE Group PLC (the "Company") EmployeeTrust (the "Trust") acquired by subscription, at a price of 160p per share, atotal of 117,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company. All of theseshares have been used to satisfy options exercised under the Company's 1991 or2001 Executive Share Option Scheme and will shortly be transferred to theindividuals who exercised their options.
