Director's Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Richard Wood, Chief Executive, yesterday sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 965 pence per Share.
Richard Wood's direct shareholding in the Company stands at 45,856 Shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company that currently stands at 59,923,416 Shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 195,457 nil-cost options under the Company's 2004 Performance Share Plan.
