Director Shareholding

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG") has today been notified of the following transactions by a director in respect of IG's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("IG shares"). On 21 June 2010 in London, Jonathan Davie sold 400,000 IG Shares out of a life interest trust in respect of which he is a sole beneficiary. He purchased 200,000 IG Shares in his own name and his personal SIPP scheme purchased a further 200,000 IG Shares. The consideration for these transactions is 445.50p.

Following these transactions, Jonathan Davie's interest in the ordinary share capital of IG remains unchanged at 600,000 shares, representing 0.16% of the issued share capital, comprising 200,000 held by him personally, 310,000 held in his SIPP scheme and 90,000 held by his wife, B Davie.
