The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) has been informed that Nicholas Wong, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 53,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 05 August 2019 via his ISA at a price of 11.845p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Wong now has a total beneficial interest in 8,962,593 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
