Following receipt of the Shares under the scrip dividend scheme, as at 1 August 2012, Alison Carnwath was interested in 133,966 shares.

In addition, following the vesting of LTIP Matching Performance Share awards made on 31 July 2009 to Richard Akers and Martin Greenslade in the amount of 58,877 shares and 65,421 shares respectively, after the sale of shares to provide for PAYE, the aforementioned directors were interested in shares as at 1 August 2012 as follows:
