Director Shareholding
The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Richard Kellett-Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, that he exercised options over 2,961,539 ordinary shares in IDOX on 21 March 2011 of which 2,250,000 were at 9 pence per ordinary share and 711,539 at 6.5 pence per share.
Following the transaction Richard Kellett-Clarke has increased his beneficial interest to 8,596,387 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 2.49% of the current issued share capital and has outstanding options over 8,188,383 ordinary shares representing approximately 2.38% of the current issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
