Regus Group PLC28 February 2005 Regus Group plc ("the Company") The Company has today received notice that two of its non-executive directors,Mr. Roger Orf and Mr. Martin Robinson, have today each purchased 7,808 ordinaryshares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 108 pence per share. Thepurchases were made pursuant to undertakings by Mr. Orf and Mr. Robinson topurchase shares on a quarterly basis equivalent in value to net directors' fees. Following these transactions Mr. Orf holds 695,088 ordinary shares in theCompany and Mr. Robinson holds 20,088 ordinary shares in the Company.
