Director Restricted Shares-------- ----------------- Sir Peter Mason 186,769Mr S J Siddall 97,679Mr J A Monville 86,412 Further, on 8th April 2005, Sir Peter Mason and Mr Siddall purchased 15,158 and1,837 ordinary shares in AMEC plc respectively at 326.6p per share. Thesedealings were related to the above PSP transactions.
