Oxford, UK: Oxford BioMedica plc (LSE : OXB) announces that it has been informed that three directors of the Company have today bought the following shares in the Company, all at a price of 9.417 pence per share:
Dr Alex Lewis 100,000 1p ordinary shares (0.02% of the current issued share capital)
Peter Nolan 100,000 1p ordinary shares (0.02% of the current issued share capital)
Andrew Wood 100,000 1p ordinary shares (0.02% of the current issued share capital)
Following these purchases of shares, the beneficial interests of these directors in shares of the Company are:
