VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 2 August 2010, Nicholas Allen, a director of the Company, acquired 95,627 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of $0.7825 per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Allen has an interest of 95,627 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
