Stobart was notified on 17 November 2014 that John Garbutt, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 7 November 2014 at a price of 100.4p per share.
His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition is 25,000 Ordinary Shares.
