MITIE Group PLC01 March 2005 MITIE Group PLC - Directors' Interests in Shares On 1 March 2005 the trustees of The MITIE Group PLC (the "Company") EmployeeTrust (the "Trust") acquired by subscription, at a price of 160p per share, atotal of 76,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company.
