Hammerson PLC12 April 2005 Mr S R Melliss, Director of Hammerson plc, exercised options on 11 April 2005over 16,100 ordinary 25p shares at 347p per share. Mr S R Melliss then sold the resultant 16,100 shares at 869p per share on 11April 2005. Following this exercise, Mr S R Melliss holds options under the Company'sExecutive Share Option Scheme over a further 50,418 ordinary 25p shares.
