Hammerson PLC14 June 2005 Notification of Directors Interests Mr P W B Cole, Director of Hammerson plc, exercised options on 13 June 2005 over5,700 ordinary 25p shares at 347p per share. Mr P W B Cole then sold 2,800 shares at 917.5p per share on 13 June 2005.
