Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

In accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a) and (b) the Company announces that on 4 December 2007 its Chairman, Martyn Ratcliffe, acquired 210,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.20% of the issued class, at the following price:

100,000 at 40 pence85,000 at 40.75 pence25,000 at 42 pence

Following this transaction, Mr Ratcliffe's total beneficial shareholding is 5,019,524 shares, representing 4.88% of the issued class.
