In accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a) and (b) the Company announces that on 1 March 2007 its Director Philip Wood acquired 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 52.5 pence, representing 0.03% of the issued class. The registered holder of these shares is City Trustees Limited.

Following this transaction, Mr Wood's total beneficial shareholding is 30,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the issued class.
